Meet the Family
The inaugural exhibition of Family Drugs Gallery, Meet the Family, celebrates the establishment of this exhibition space by presenting the artists that currently call these studios their home. Family Drugs Collective works across an abundance of visual mediums, including painting, ceramics, print media, sculpture, photography, and social practice.This eclectic selection of work broadly spans themes of instinct and energy, metamorphosis and simultaneity, language and ritual, memory and the mundane, documentation, grief, identity, folklore and dreams. Demonstrating these diverse practices, this exhibition offers a glimpse into the future of our gallery.
We are introducing ourselves and sharing our community with you. Meet the Family is an invitation, welcoming you into a new space in an old building.
